CommanderBond.net reports that a new QOS trailer will be released on September 11. The information is said to have been shared by an employee from Sony Pictures Netherlands. Though giving out the possible release date, the employee didn't let out any further and specific details of this future compilation of clips. (Thanks to Lorna for the info.)

Daniel Craig is nominated as "Favourite Male Film Actor" at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards 2008. The Awards show will be held in London on September 13.

According to Variety, now that the next "Harry Potter" installment won't be opening at Thanksgiving, Sony and MGM have jumped on the chance to bow its Bond pic "Quantum of Solace" a week later than planned.
QOS will be released on Nov. 14 instead of Nov. 7 in the USA. Bond titles have traditionally opened the weekend before Thanksgiving, but "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Price" had been set to open Nov. 21. It's been pushed back until July.
